“ I love my coffee and the food they have. I can't drive by just not to buy my favorite tasty drink. ”
“ We dropped by here looking for an independent cafe that had food and did a decent job with tea. We arrived at 4:20pm and still came away happy and satisfied. They carry a good brand of teas (Rishi - not just Tazo or Bigelow); They didn’t have Darjeeling or Assam (would have been worth extra points), so I had English Breakfast. The server kindly asked if I would like a latte for an extra charge, which I accepted. Spouse had a Medici, one of their signature coffees with an orange twist, milk and chocolate, and enjoyed it and wished he had ordered a larger one. The bacon, ham and emmentaler cheese quiche was hot, creamy and awesome. If you don’t see any in the display case, ask for it; she had some in the fridge. We liked the savory croissant and the coffee cake; the savory scone was just ok. On the strength of another reviewer’s recommendation, I tried the vegan berry muffin and liked it! For kid drinks, there is hot chocolate, a cold pink flavored italian soda with whip cream and sprinkles, and (I think?) the equivalent to a chocolate shake. My kiddo had the soda and thought it was pretty good. There was one person running both the counter and drive through, and preparing the food too, and she did it efficiently, cheerfully and in a welcoming fashion. I appreciated that she said what she was putting out on the (very small) outgoing counter as she did it, and made eye contact with us. Also there was free wifi, and local art for sale! The only thing I would change is getting my drinks in mugs so we don’t waste the paper cups, since our order was for here. There was a sticker by the main door stating that this is an LGBTQ-friendly place. Would go there again. ”
“ Love the gluten free coffee cake, and the wonderful baristas are always very helpful and supportive when trying new drink flavors and adjusting my preferences! ”
“ Great coffee. I love the specialty syrups. Everything tastes perfect. The pastries are the best! ”
“ Best barista in the area. The coffee here is made to perfection, even compared to other Ladro locations. If Autumn (in the picture) is behind the counter, you are in luck! I am a usual and every time it is perfect. Also, try the Medici! ”
“ I had a great experience getting my latte at the drive-thru today. My latte was excellent and had pretty latte art. They were very welcoming and I didn’t feel rushed. They truly took care in making my coffee special and the way I wanted it. I seek out coffee shops that take the time to make special latte art..it really adds to my coffee experience. I’ll be back ”
“ Fun, friendly staff. Great espresso pull! ”
“ Turmeric Latte spicy in a good way, the turmeric brings a nice orange tone to the latte foam art that is as unique as the drink itself. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice fora Sunday afternoon experience. I chose this place solely on the pictures of someone’s else’s review. I base my coffee choices if they can make good art, they can make good coffee. My rule did not fail! Thanks Caffe Ladro. Also try the rum soaked almond croissant, you won’t be disappointed. ”
